James Daniels believes in freedom. He also believes that sharing liberty principled ideas and normalizing that behavior is how he can contribute to society to gain its freedom back. James is a transplant from the great Hoosier State where he was involved in Libertarian and Voluntarism circles. These groups helped him shape the feeling he learned growing up, helped him focus on how he could put ideas into action. Taking human action led James to co-found a conservation group in the North East area of Indianapolis to care for the Geist Reservoir in an environmentally responsible way through donations, cost efficient programs, and stop some in the community who wanted to impose a special tax on anyone living in congruent neighborhoods surrounding the lake. Their proposal was recently struck down in the courts and was a great win for our politically diverse group. This cause is still important to James, and now residing in Palm Beach County, Florida, he needs a place to let all his energy focus on his original idea of sharing personal freedom. James believes he has found that new home with you, here in the Libertarian Party of Palm Beach County.
Some things James would like to work on are collaboration with other groups on shared single issues, increasing the number of registered Libertarians, and fundraising to enable us to support local candidates in a way that gives them a chance to win and influence. James hops you are encouraged to reach out to him with ideas and interest in volunteer opportunities. He his excited to be here with you, and thankful to everyone that has welcomed him in the community.
